A new haunting experiance is coming to Manassas, Virginia this weekend. The ARTfactory in Manassas is gearing up for its first-ever haunted house experience, "Factory of Fear," happening on Friday, October 25th, and Saturday, October 26th.

Get ready for a spine-tingling adventure at "Factory of Fear," located in the heart of downtown Historic Manassas at the century-old ARTfactory. Rumored to be haunted, this historic building will be transformed into a series of scare zones, each tied to a chilling story guaranteed to thrill and haunt you as you make your way through. Prepare for an unforgettable spooky experience!

ARTfactory’s Director of Education, Ahryel Tinker, a passionate fan of horror and haunted houses, is the creative mind behind the "Factory of Fear."

In a recent interview with InsideNOVA, Tinker stated: “There’s nothing like this downtown, and our community of spooky season lovers need something Manassas-strong to haunt them this season. We listened to the feedback from last year’s sold out Haunted Hallows event, and decided to ramp up the scare factor.”

Manassas is no stranger to the power of volunteers and that small community type feel. With the help of a dedicated group of volunteers, a “Factory of Fear” committee was formed to manage every detail of this thrilling event from the ground up. Their collective expertise has been instrumental in planning, organizing, and executing the large-scale production. Generous donations of decor and props, along with sponsorship from Mike Garcia Construction, have also helped bring the spooky event to life.

Alongside the walkthrough experience, ARTfactory’s gallery director, Jordan Exum, has curated a special art exhibit of the same name. The "Factory of Fear" Group Art Exhibit showcases works from 61 talented artists and will be open during the event. Visitors can explore the exhibit at the Caton Merchant Art Gallery through October 31st.
