Calendar of Events Submission Form
The Prince William County/Manassas, Virginia Convention and Visitors Bureau’s Calendar of Events is published twice a year and distributed through visitors centers, attractions, hotels and other venues and the mail to potential tourists, residents and the media.  The Calendar of Events also is updated year-round on the CVB’s website, www.visitpwc.com.

For your event to be considered for a FREE listing in our printed Calendar of Events, please fill out the form and choose one of the following options. The deadline for submission to the upcoming published calendar is Friday, December 21, 2007.

Submissions MUST adhere to the following restrictions for a FREE listing:

  1. Please do not scan and email the submission form to the CVB.
  2. A separate form MUST be filled out COMPLETELY for each event (please put N.A. if question is Not Applicable to your event).
  3. Please DO NOT send us performance lists, game schedules or your own calendar of events; please DO NOT refer us to your website. 
  4. The CVB will make the final determination on which events to include.
  5. Any changes to your event submitted to us AFTER our publication deadline, will be updated on our website’s calendar of events.
  6. By completing and submitting this form, you and your organization/event agree to all the information on this form.
